Terms of service
Ferravo
Last updated: 27 August 2026
These terms set out the basis on which we sell products to you through ferravo.shop. Please read them before placing an order — by placing an order, you agree to them.
Nothing in these terms limits or affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
1. Who we are
Ferravo sells stainless steel drinkware online in the United Kingdom.
Address: 60 Fountain Walk, Gravesend, DA11 9JZ, United Kingdom Email: contact@ferravo.shop Phone: +44 7834 532928
These are our full contact details, and email is the fastest way to reach us. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
2. About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed through our website. We may update them from time to time, and the version that applies to your order is the version published on our website at the moment you place it. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your records — you can do so directly from this page.
Our website and these terms are provided in English, and contracts are concluded in English.
3. Eligibility
To buy from us you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract. We currently sell and deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
4. Products
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However:
- Product images are for illustration. The colour you see may vary slightly depending on your screen.
- Stated capacities (500ml, 750ml, 1000ml) are nominal and subject to normal manufacturing tolerance.
- We may improve or change product specifications over time. Any change will not materially reduce the quality or function of what you ordered.
Where we state performance figures such as insulation times, these are based on manufacturer testing under controlled conditions. Real-world results vary depending on the starting temperature of your drink, how full the bottle is, how often it is opened, and the surrounding environment.
5. Prices
- All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable.
- Prices exclude delivery charges, which are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
- The total price payable, including delivery, is always displayed before you confirm your order.
We try to ensure all prices are accurate. If we discover a genuine pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch to ask whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel. If we cannot reach you, we will treat the order as cancelled and refund you in full.
6. How a contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a concluded contract. The steps are:
- You add items to your basket and proceed to checkout.
- You review your basket, delivery address, and total price. You can correct any input errors at this stage by returning to the previous step or editing your basket.
- You submit your order and payment details.
- We send you an order acknowledgement email confirming we have received your order. This is not acceptance.
- A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming your items have been sent.
If we cannot fulfil your order — for example because an item is out of stock or a pricing error was identified — we will tell you and refund any payment taken in full.
We do not file a copy of the contract in a way that is separately accessible to you, so please retain your order acknowledgement and dispatch confirmation emails.
7. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the point you place your order. All payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not receive or store your full card details.
8. Delivery
- We deliver to UK addresses only.
- Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees.
- Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver your order without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being formed. If we fail to do so, you may treat the contract as at an end and receive a full refund.
- Risk of damage or loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you provided.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at contact@ferravo.shop and we will investigate with the courier.
9. Returns, cancellation, and refunds
You have a 30-day returns window from delivery, and we cover return postage. You also have a separate statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Full details, including how to start a return and the model cancellation form, are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Faulty goods and your legal rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods we supply must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If they are not:
- Within 30 days of delivery you may reject them and receive a full refund.
- Between 30 days and 6 months you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and to a refund if that is unsuccessful.
- After 6 months you may still have rights, though you may need to show the fault was present at delivery.
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to make a claim. We cover all postage costs for faulty items.
11. Safe use of our products
Our bottles are intended for holding beverages for personal use. Please:
- Take care with hot liquids — contents may remain hot for many hours.
- Do not place our bottles in a microwave, oven, freezer, or over direct heat.
- Do not use them to store carbonated drinks, dairy, or perishable liquids for extended periods.
- Follow the care instructions supplied with the product.
We are not liable for damage or injury caused by use of a product contrary to these instructions or to its intended purpose.
12. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was formed, or for any business losses. We supply our products for domestic and private use, and we have no liability for loss of profit, loss of business, or business interruption.
13. Intellectual property
The Ferravo name, logo, product designs, website content, photographs, and text are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.
14. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us immediately at contact@ferravo.shop if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
15. Privacy
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have over it.
16. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, strikes, courier failure, or supply chain disruption. If such an event occurs, we will contact you and either extend the delivery time or, if the delay is substantial, allow you to cancel for a full refund.
17. Complaints and dispute resolution
If something has gone wrong, please contact us first at contact@ferravo.shop — most issues are resolved quickly and directly.
If we cannot resolve it between us, you may be able to refer the dispute to an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. You can also seek free advice from Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133 or at citizensadvice.org.uk.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
19. General
If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. If we do not immediately insist that you do something you are required to do under these terms, that does not prevent us from requiring it later.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, and will tell you in writing if we do. Your rights under these terms will not be affected.
