What to include in your message
To help us sort things out in one reply rather than several, please include:
- Your order number (it's in your confirmation email, and starts with #)
- A photo, if you're reporting a damaged or faulty item
- The product and colour, if you're asking about stock or a specific bottle
Common questions
Where is my order? You'll have received a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link. Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days from dispatch. If it's been longer than that, email us with your order number and we'll chase the carrier.
How do I return something? Email us and we'll send you a prepaid returns label — returns are free, and you have 30 days from delivery. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Do you deliver outside the UK? Not at the moment. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Is my bottle dishwasher safe? Please follow the care instructions supplied with your product. Hand washing is recommended to protect the exterior finish.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders? Yes — if you're interested in corporate gifting or a bulk order, email us at contact@ferravo.shop with an idea of quantities and we'll come back to you.
